  • Closed Sales are up +64.2% for April 2021 in which the number of units closed was 353 compared to 215 in April 2020, with an increase in cash sales of +79.1%.
  • New Pending Sales are up +99.0% and New Listings are up +81.1%.
  • The Median Sales Price for Flagler Single Family homes is up +20.5% to $300,000 compared to a year ago, which was $249,000.
  • Months Supply of Inventory is down -76.2% to 1.0 months, a decrease from 4.2 months in April 2020.

A quick recap of the Flagler County Townhouses/Condos for April 2021:
  • Closed Sales are up +100.0% for April 2021 in which the number of units closed was 66 compared to 33 in April 2020.
  • New Pending Sales are up +137.9% and New Listings are up +36.0%.
  • Median Sales Price for Townhomes/Condos is up +22.4% to $281,450 compared to a year ago, which was $230,000.
  • Months Supply of Inventory is down -83.3% to 1.2 months in April 2021 from 7.2 months in April 2020.
