Amanda Mazzie - Associate
I am the epitome of a number enthusiast turned real estate aficionado with a deep love for making home dreams a reality. As a highly accomplished financial expert and accounting professional with a passion for negotiation and management for the past 10+ years, I leverage my extensive background as a CFO & Contracts Manager to bring a unique perspective to the world of real estate.
My family and I moved to Florida in 2003. As a proud graduate of Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Florida, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business, my analytical mind and detail-oriented nature have always guided me towards finding the best solutions for my clients. But it was my genuine love for real estate that fueled my desire to combine my financial prowess with the exciting world of property transactions.
I am a proud member of the esteemed Alpha Chi Honor Society, reflecting my commitment to excellence. I am also a member of the FCAR & FICPA. I have been awarded multiple awards to include Central Floridian by News 13, American Cancer Society Appreciation Award & Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Appreciation Award for Outstanding Service. I am the founder and president of CHAMPS Help Association, and volunteer for multiple organizations to include the Annual Mission Against Hunger Tournament (Treasurer).
In addition to my professional pursuits, I enjoy an active lifestyle outside of work. I find solace in activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, golfing, yoga, fitness, and health. I am currently undergoing training to become a licensed boat captain, combining my love for the water with my drive for personal growth.
My values of honesty, integrity, accountability, transparency, and loyalty guide me both personally and professionally. I believe that these principles are essential in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
